The enrollment fee will ensure your placement in the group. It should be registered in the Language Center at least 20 days before arrival. Said payment is non - refundable.The tuition fee is due in advance. You will not be able to commence your studies until your tuition fees have been paid. Accommodation and Extracurricular activities:They shall be paid for in advance directly to the provider or in our Language Center.
Cancellation refunds will be returned only after a written notification in the following cases:
100% refund when requested 15 days before commencing the course.
80% refund when requested between 14 to 8 days before commencing the course.
70% refund after the course has already started when requested during the first week due to health reasons.
40% refund when the course has already started and if requested during the first week.
Original invoice or bank deposit slip-letter in hand writing requesting the refund declaring the reasons for canceling the program.
Any other documents that support your reasons for cancellation (e.g. Letter from doctor).
Entry procedures are fast and straightforward. Visitors must have a passport and a tourist card, issued at the border crossings and by Mexican embassies, travel agents, and airlines serving México. This card is free and valid for three months, and is renewable for a further three months on application to an immigration office, though the renewal process is very time consuming. It will be stamped on entry and must be kept with your for presentation on departure. If you lose it, report the loss to the local immigration office to avoid long delays on departure. If you are planning to study for more than 6 months you must obtain from the Mexican embassy or consulate a student's entry permit, which lasts a year, this permit can be renewed as long as your program lasts.
